The three-proof lamp is mainly used in humid environments such as highway tunnels, food factories, pharmaceutical factories, hospitals, etc., especially in dusty environments, which play a great role in safe production.
Installation method
1. Ceiling installation: According to the installation hole size of the lamp, punch the corresponding installation bolt hole at the position where the lamp is to be installed, and then install and fix it with bolts.
2. Suspension installation: Suspension installation is mainly suitable for places with very high height and a wide range of lighting requirements. When installing, use bolts to fix the lifting adapter plate on the lamp, connect the cable to the lamp, and then screw the G3/4 pipe thread of the lamp and the wiring steel pipe with standard G3/4 pipe thread together.
Maintenance items:
1. The dust and dirt on the shell and tube of the three-proof lamp should be cleaned regularly. Note that if there is water mist in the lamp cavity of the three-proof lamp used in a humid environment, it should be removed in time to avoid rust damage or damage over time. The phenomenon of leakage and short circuit.
2. Check whether the transparent parts of the luminaire are impacted by foreign objects, and whether the protective net is loose, desoldering, corrosion, etc. If so, stop using it and repair and replace it in time.
3. The light source of the three-proof lamp should be replaced in time to prevent the electric components such as the ballast from being in an abnormal state for a long time due to the failure of the light source to start.
4. When opening the three-proof lamp shade, you should cut off the power supply and open the cover according to the requirements of the warning sign. After opening the cover, check whether the flameproof bonding surface of the three-proof lamp is intact, whether the rubber seal is abnormal, whether the wire insulation layer is green and carbonized, whether the insulation and electrical components are deformed and scorched. If there are such problems, they should be repaired and replaced in time.
5. When using the lamp, try not to switch frequently, because the current through the filament is greater than the current during normal operation when the lamp is frequently started, which makes the temperature of the filament rise sharply and accelerate sublimation, which will greatly reduce its service life.
